Instructions
- Whip the Cream: Pour the heavy cream into a large bowl. Use a hand mixer or whisk to beat it until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside the whipped cream.
- Prepare the Pan: Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking pan. This layer will help hold the graham crackers in place.
- First Layer of Crackers: Place a single layer of graham crackers on top of the whipped cream, breaking crackers as needed to fit and cover the entire surface.
- Layer with Cream and Strawberries: Spread about one-third of the whipped cream evenly over the graham crackers. Arrange a layer of sliced strawberries evenly over the whipped cream.
- Repeat Layers: Repeat the layering process twice more—graham crackers, whipped cream, and strawberries—ending with a final layer of whipped cream on top. Reserve a few strawberry slices for decoration.
- Chill: Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight, allowing the graham crackers to soften and flavors to meld.
