Instructions
- Combine ingredients: Gather all your ingredients including thawed frozen pineapple, banana chunks, coconut milk, plain yogurt, and optional sweetener.
- Add all ingredients to blender: Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender such as a Vitamix or Nutribullet, arranging softer ingredients closer to the blade and frozen items further away to ensure smooth blending.
- Blend the smoothie: Blend the mixture on high speed for 1-2 minutes or until smooth, creamy, and well combined.
- Serve: Pour into glasses and optionally garnish with diced pineapple, shredded coconut, and serve with a straw for a tropical presentation.
