Honey Mustard Salad Dressing Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard (half smooth, half whole grain)

- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl or jar, add the olive oil, white wine vinegar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, dried garlic powder, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Whisk Until Smooth: Whisk all the ingredients together vigorously until the mixture is completely emulsified and smooth, ensuring the oil and vinegar blend well.
- Store Properly: Transfer the dressing to a tightly sealed jar and refrigerate. Shake well before each use. The dressing will keep fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge.
