Meat and Bean Mixture

Instructions
- Cook beef and onion: In a skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground beef with the chopped onion until the beef is no longer pink and the onions are tender. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
- Add beans and seasonings: Stir in the refried beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Add 1/2 cup water to the skillet.
- Simmer mixture: Cook and stir the mixture over low-medium heat until the beans are heated through and have thickened slightly, ensuring all the flavors are well combined. Remove from heat.
- Assemble nachos: On a serving plate, layer tortilla chips evenly. Add a generous amount of nacho cheese over the chips, then spoon the warm beef and bean mixture on top.
